Yes, I received my voucher with the change of my reservation to March 23 for 3 nights for a triple room at Hotel Pacific Prince Hanoi. Your service so far has been excellent and your "My Bookings" page very easy to use. I easily made the change request on my reservation there and within 30 minutes received this confirmation. As a first time user of Vietnam Adventures Services, I must say I am very impressed!
I plan to use your services for new additional books during this trip which will include Ho Chi Minh City.

I am always sceptical about paying in advance but I am very impressed with the service I received. I had to amend my booking and this was dealt with very promptly. Although I e-mailed the amendment on Christmas eve I received my refund on my credit card on Christmas Day. The whole process only took 1 e-mail.
