I'm sorry it has taken me a week to provide this review for you of our wonderful Holiday. In fact, I did it last week as a direct email, only to lose everything when the computer system collapsed, so this time I have completed the review as a word document which was easy to save...
We had a fantastic holiday, and I would like to thank and congratulate you both for all your work in making it so enjoyable.  Vietnam is an amazing country, incredibly diverse and different, and full of happy people who were pleased to share their lives with us.

We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are confident that our family will be coming to Vietnam next year, - we are going to send them! , and I have already spoken to a close neighbour about his family also visiting.
Naturally, we will be recommending Vietnam Adventures Travel as the company with whom they should plan their itinerary.

I have also received two emails from a gentleman in the USA, ( Mark), who you must have directed to us for a reference about Vietnam Adventures Travel.  I was happy to assist him, and to give VAT a glowing recommendation.

Vietnam Adventures Travel has been a great discovery for us ! Your service is the best on the market!

The hotels you selected for us were excellent because of their central location in each city.  We met many other tourists who were disappointed and frustrated because where they were staying was out of the city centre, so they had to get taxis or something to travel to and fro.  We would both rate the location of all our hotels as superb.

For thse new to Vietnam, it might be worth considering making up a list of clothing to bring along.  Even though we packed lightly on your advice, we still took too much with us.  As well, a list of likely facilities in the hotels and rooms would be useful.. such as laundry service available (incredibly cheap by Astralian standards), hairdryers in almost all hotels, etc.

Finally, We would be happy for you to use us as a reference for other travellors coming from Australia, or other countries.  Please feel free to give our email to other people so we can tell them how much we enjoyed our country, and the service we received from Vietnam Adventures Travel.
