Please kindly read these terms and conditions carefully:
On booking online or signing our booking form when making reservation over the phone, fax or by email, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Conditions, and are accepting the terms of these conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.
Vietnam Adventures Travel Co., Ltd specializes in both inbound and outbound tours, whose registered office is at: 16, 118/219 Nguyen Van Cu Str, Long Bien Dist, Hanoi, Vietnam and 1 operation office in Hue City and the other one in Saigon/Ho Chi Minh City.
International Tour Operation License: No: 0752/2007/TCDL-GPLHQT issued by Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Vietnam Adventures Travel . By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes:
1. Reservation:
All services should be booked through our Hanoi Head Office. The contact address and telephone / facsimile are as bellow:

2. Confirmation:
Upon receipt of your request, VietnamAdventuresTravel.Com’s team will check and inform you about availability. Your booking is considered confirmed when we receive your acknowledgement.
3. Voucher:
Vouchers will be issued to you after we receive your confirmation.
4. Warranty:
In some cases, to hold your reservation, hotels will require your credit card details or guarantee. We will email you a credit card authorization form. To validate the guarantee, you will have to fill the form with all required details and return to us by fax or email.
5. Payment Deposit & Full Payment Policies:
You will need to secure and guarantee all services which have been booked & issued by Vietnam Adventures Travel Co., Ltd by require Payment Deposit or Full Payment:
+ A deposit of 150.00 U.S Dollars per person will be requested to guarantee some reservations (please see payment policy in each package for more details).
This deposit can be made by Bank Transfer to our company's account advised below. And the rest of the amount can be paid upon arrival in Vietnam, to Vietnam Adventures Travel offices in: Hanoi, Hue, Danang, Nha Trang or Ho Chi Minh City.
In some Packages, Vietnam Adventures Travel none require deposit. Full payment can be paid upon arrive to Vietnam to Vietnam Adventures Travel's representative offices in: Hanoi, Hue, Danang, Nha Trang or Ho Chi Minh City.
+ Full payment can be made by Bank Transfer payable to our Bank Account, and all banking service charges will be borne (bear) by the payee:

6. Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, VietnamAdventuresTravel.Com will not impose any charges, as we strive to provide the best service and experience to our customers. However, if hotels or transportation contractors apply charges for cancellation, you will have to pay those charges that apply. Cancellation policies vary, depending upon the type of service, the time of year, and the reason for cancellation. We will pass on to you all details of any cancellation policy with our reply upon demand.
7. Refunds:
Refunds, and their method will be effected as agreed between you and VietnamAdventuresTravel.Com for unused services, and timely cancellations. Again, we will not charge you any amount for our work, however bank fees, if applicable, will be for your account. |
